let's be honest here.

I am commiting myself 100% so here is the scoop on meals: Dinner last night changed to Skyline and asperagus. I am happy to say that instead of going back for seconds on the skyline I finished the asperagus instead- plus it had no butter and just a tad of salt!
I had a banana for snack and a handfull of peanuts while preparing dinner.
here is a little secret: I take Ambian at night to help me sleep, well I don't know what all I do after taking it- I have found the next morning empty bowls and other containers... so I eat sometimes at night and don't even know it. I am not even enjoying all those added calories!! But last night I didn't. I aske Ron to "keep a watch" out for me to help me not do this...
Had a bowl of FiberPlus for breakfast.
Plans are workout with the kids this morning: Legs abs, and back~~.
Ready for the day!

  1. I worked for this family once & the father did the same thing, so they started locking up food at night. He was dieting and gaining twice the weight he'd loose in a week back in one night. He'd have no clue until I would tell him that I found all of the bowls out with tons of crumbs and ice cream remnants in them. I eat a lot at night (& know it), so I started putting a bell on my fridge door & it's been reminding me not to eat at night. It's really, really helped & I actually got so into it that I took the bell off.
