sick kid day

Kiernan has a croupy cough and it is really cold outside, so we are staying in.
last night we went to a 2 yr old birthday party... I did have 1 1/2 slices of pizza and part of a delicious calzone, slice of cake and a bit of ice cream. only drank water though.. No snacking later that night!!! ☺

this morning had a bowl of honey bunches of oats, and celery for snack. Making homemade chicken and noodles for dinner for tonight.
I WILL do RTC today!!!

I feel like I am off to a good start, just eliminating my night time binging has got to be good! this really is making me be more honest on what I am eating.

the rest of the day...

Had a great workout this morning- gave about 95% should have pushed myself harder. I am still plenty sore though!!!
ate some clemintines on the drive home, lunch was PB&J (yes on white bread) cottage cheese and mac-n-cheese- had to finish up leftovers...
I am not going to eat anymore tonight with Ron's help.
New Goal: going to Washington Days in Mid-February, this will give me a little less than a month I want to be down a size in jeans... this jelly belly can be slimmed down more.. So I have to commit too 100% workouts, chug the water and get junk out of the house!!!!!

let's be honest here.

I am commiting myself 100% so here is the scoop on meals: Dinner last night changed to Skyline and asperagus. I am happy to say that instead of going back for seconds on the skyline I finished the asperagus instead- plus it had no butter and just a tad of salt!
I had a banana for snack and a handfull of peanuts while preparing dinner.
here is a little secret: I take Ambian at night to help me sleep, well I don't know what all I do after taking it- I have found the next morning empty bowls and other containers... so I eat sometimes at night and don't even know it. I am not even enjoying all those added calories!! But last night I didn't. I aske Ron to "keep a watch" out for me to help me not do this...
Had a bowl of FiberPlus for breakfast.
Plans are workout with the kids this morning: Legs abs, and back~~.

sooo they say....

Well, here we are day one of blogging. "They say" that if you are trying to tone up, get inshape, lose weight..ect.. the more successfull ones are those that blog their successes and fall backs. So my goal is to increase my successes in toning up...... Hope this helps...
Here is a little about me. I am a stay at home mom of 2 awesome kids (almost 5 yrs and 2 yrs). I am in mid thirties and still holding on to most of my preggo weight. I am weighing in at 194 and would prefer to be 175. I am 5'9" so that is definatly do-able.
I excercise 3Xweek at "strollerfit". The problem is I LOVE to eat and always seem hungry. I have PCOS, so hormones are all out of wack, which does not help me reach this goal.
So day One: watching friends kids today (total of 4 kids) no real excersice, raked back yard and cleaned house. breakfast consisted a bowl of LIFE cereal (not best choice), Lunch was califlower, greenbean casserole, and a few small baked chicken pieces, little snack of pringles.... dinner will be a tuna casserole.
I know a long way to go and need to make better choices.
Tomorrow will be better.
